TOMEX CALCIUM

Liquid solution of chelated calcium, amino acids and seaweed extracts used by foliar and root application for the prevention and control of physiopathologies due to deficiencies or imbalances in calcium assimilation.

Tomex Calcium supplies easily assimilated chelated calcium, provides essential free amino acids for cell development by fixing calcium in the cell wall. Tomex Calcium applied by foliar application is directly assimilated by the plant as its absorption does not depend on chlorophyll function. Applied via the roots, it corrects calcium deficiencies and reduces soil salinity.

Dosage and application

Fertigation:

  • Citrus and fruit trees: 8-12 l/ha. Apply from fruit set until one week before harvest. Repeat applications every 15 days.
  • Horticultural crops: 6-8 l/ha. Every 10-15 days. Apply throughout the cycle, especially at times of peak vegetative activity. The dose can be increased for more sensitive crops.
  • Tropical fruit trees: 9-12 l/ha, 2-3 applications.
  • Olive trees and vines: 10 l/ha. Apply when the newly set fruit is 2 mm high. Repeat every 15 days.

Foliar:

  • Citrus and fruit trees: 200-250 cc/hl. Apply from fruit set until one week before harvest.
  • Horticultural crops: 200-250 cc/hl. Apply throughout the growing season. In protected cultivation, start 9-10 days after fruit set and continue at an interval of 7-10 days.
  • Tropical fruit trees: 200-250 cc/hl, 2-3 applications.
  • Olive trees and vines: 200-250cc/hl, 2-3 applications.
